At Sound Like Me, we want you to be satisfied with our AI humanization technology. Before requesting a refund, please review our Subscription Terms. All purchases are generally final due to the immediate nature of digital credits, but we do make exceptions for specific cases.
2. Eligibility Criteria
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You experienced a technical error that prevented you from using your credits.
- You were accidentally charged twice for the same billing cycle.
- You purchased a subscription by mistake and have not used any words or humanization features.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
